I'm Eating Myself out of House and Home...

Today felt like a Monday!  The morning drug on and on and on.  I FINALLY got to escape for lunch and decided I didn't want left overs so I broke out my calorie counter book and headed to Taco Bell/KFC and then went home to catch up on my shows.  Once back at work I noticed it was 2:00 and I was still feeling quite exhausted so I got to looking at my food/calorie intake since saturday and the times of day I feel most tired.  It looks like I'm not eating enough so my new goal is to eat at least the minimum amount of calories I'm allowed in a day.  I also remembered I was running out of fruit and was completely out of veges so at some point I had to go to the grocery store.  I also need vitamins.  Now all I have to do is find the time!

I'm a little sore today but not near as much as the first time I started spinning which is nice.  As I was driving to the gym I realized I didn't pack socks.  I'm not sure about you but I can not stand to wear tennis shoes sock-less.  To home I go!  Of course after getting there I didn't feel like back tracking to the gym so I went grocery shopping inevitably forgetting vitamins.

As I look back on Tuesday I have more food and the calories I burned was walking around Wal-Mart and to and from the bathroom to get rid of the gallon of water I drank today.  Ha!

Today wasn't very interesting but tomorrow should be.  On top of having a meeting that I should have had today I get to fit in a non-sweaty workout before needing to be at church at 5:45.  Doesn't sound too difficult but somehow I'll make myself feel rushed.  Definitely doing the work out though.  I need to burn 2260 calories this week in order to lose a pound and I've only burned 551 other than my everyday walking.

I can do this!

  1. You CAN do this! I'm excited to see your progress! Congratulations on making a change ... I know how difficult it can be! I've lost 65 pounds in 7.5 months, but I still have another 35 to go before I can shop for a wedding dress ... Good luck!
